Question and Answer Page

What GRade Levels?

Is the certification program designed for high school teachers?
Yes, the certification program works with all grade level and content.  We have over eleven years of examples, videos, tutorials for K-12+ classroom environments.  The modules are set up in a way that you get to pick the path that best fits your learning needs.
For example, if I am a second-grade teacher working with a math focus, I can gear my learning towards second-grade math.  If you are a blended learning coach, then you can harness your learning toward coaching strategies.  If you are a high school English teacher, we will have examples of 45-minute ELA classes.  If at any point in the modules, you would like to learn more about your specific content area, ask, and we will be able to mentor you through the learning process.

The modules work best for
  • K-5 classroom teachers
  • 6-8 middle school teachers
  • 9-12 high school teachers
  • Administrators
  • Coaches
  • Media Specials
  • Professors

What type of Task will be Required?

Each Module will be set in four different learning studios.
  • Mini-Lessons - Pick three Interactive videos that align with the Module Learning Objectives (25 minutes)
  • Independent Studio - Pick two activities from Blog post, research papers, and online ebooks (40 minutes)
  • Digital Content Studio - Pick two Deeper dive videos that align to the Mini-lessons (25 minutes)
  • Future Ready Studio - Pick two actives to complete to showcase understanding of the content (60 minutes)
  • Weekly Required Items - Discussion questions that align to the Mini-lessons and Virtual Meeting (80 minutes)

When would be the best time to start the Certification Program?

Any time of the year would be an excellent time to start the certification program.  There will be some aspects that will require in classroom videos, lesson plans, or coaching strategies.  Therefore, if you plan to start the program in the summer, you might need to finish up a few required documents once school starts.

Will the Certification program have any Face to Face interaction or will it all be online?

The certification program will be an online program with weekly virtual meetings.  If you would like me to visit your school or campus, we can set up a side contract and Module that aligns to the certification.
