Blended learning focuses on allowing students to move at their own pace, place, and path. As a blended and personalized learning coach, we focus on three phases of blended learning. With the creation of the three phases of blended learning we have found that teachers can successfully deploy a blended learning classroom within a two or three year time frame.

- Pick a grade level (For example third grade
- Pick a content area (For example Math)
- Pick a lesson topic (For example Identifying Angles)
- Create a Phase 1 lesson plan
- Submit your lesson plan to the Seesaw.me page
