For Week 3 Discussion questions you are going to reflect on the mini lesson created by Marcia Kish on developing coaching rubrics to use with the classroom teacher.  

Discussion Questions

1. Why should teachers use the blended learning rubric to help move forward with blended learning?  
2. There have been times that I have worked with teachers and they are ready to move to Phase 2 with checklist but the students are not ready move at their own pace yet.  What should a teacher do in order to prepare the students to move to working at their own pace?
3.  Phase 3 starts to implement project based learning, 20% time, and/or genius hour.   Have you tired any of those types of learning strategies in your classroom environment?  If so, which one and how did it work out?  If not, then research either project based learning, 20% time, and/or genius hour and post ways that you can implement that concept into the classroom setting.
